Arroz con Marisco

Rápida Paella a mi estilo👇🏾 apúntate esta.

Ingredients


2 lobster tails (cola de langosta)

1 pack of frozen large uncooked shrimps (camarones)

1 pack of frozen scallops (vieiras)

1 pack of surimi crab (cangrejo)

1 pack of frozen mussels (almejas)

1 can of sweet peas

1/2 of white onion

1/2 of red pepper

1 or 2 garlic cloves

1 1/2 cup rice

1 pack of Sazon with color (achiote)

3 tbs of tomato sauce

1 pack of chicken bouillon powder

2 1/2 cup of water

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbs of oil

1 lemon cut in 4


In a large pan heat oil (vegetable or olive oil). Add peppers and onions, cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic to pan and let it simmer for 1 minute, add sazon, chicken powder, rice, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.


Add water, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. let it boil and reduce to medium low for about 10 minutes uncovered.


Cover rice (I sometimes put an aluminum foil over it for a faster result) once the rice is tender add peas and simmer for 3 minutes then all the seafood and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until seafood is cooked (add lemon for more flavor).


Let it rest for a while, serve with Tostones (green plantain) on the side😋


En una sartén grande calentar aceite (vegetal o aceite de oliva). Agregue los pimientos y las cebollas, cocine por 3 minutos.


Agregue el ajo a la sartén y déjelo hervir a fuego lento durante 1 minuto, agregue el sazón, el pollo en polvo, el arroz y cocine a fuego lento durante 2 a 3 minutos.


Agrega agua, salsa de tomate, sal y pimienta al gusto. déjelo hervir y reduzca a medio bajo durante unos 18-20 minutos sin tapar.


Tapa el arroz (A veces le pongo papel de aluminio para obtener un resultado más rápido) una vez que el arroz esté tierno, agregue los guisantes y cocine a fuego lento durante 3 minutos, luego todos los mariscos y cocine de 5 a 7 minutos o hasta que los mariscos estén cocidos (agregue limón para más sabor).


Dejar reposar un rato, servir con Tostones (plátano verde)

Season shrimps before adding to the rice for more flavor.
