4 cups of beef or chicken broth
2 cups of water
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
3 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
1 tsp of Mexican oregano
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of coriander
1/2 inch of cinnamon
1 tbs of white distilled vinegar
