Chicken Lasagna with Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce

3 cups of whole milk

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of mozzarella

1/4 cup of unsalted butter

1 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Ingredients for Lasagna

1/2 cup of more mozzarella

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Shredded chicken or ground chicken

Instructions for Béchamel Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, add the flour, mix quickly with a whisk. Stir until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.

Cook for 1 min so the flour becomes tastier and absorbs the butter. Now mix in gradually the milk, nutmeg, salt, and cheese. Mix constantly, until you have a reasonably thick consistency (about 10/15 minutes). The sauce is ready when it sticks to the back of a wooden spoon. Set aside.
