Crepe with Bananas and Chocolate Fudge


1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 tbs sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 banana thinly sliced

Chocolate fudge or Nutella

In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour sugar and salt until smooth.

Heat a medium-sized skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease pan with a small amount of butter. Using a serving spoon, spoon about 3 tablespoons crepe batter into hot pan, tilting the pan so that bottom surface is evenly coated. Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Spread fudge or Nutella on Crepe, and add the bananas. Fold the crepe and add more fudge, and a few banana slices. Top with whip cream and chocolate sprinkles.
