• 2-4 plantains (1 plantain makes one sandwich)

• For the Meat

• 1 pack of boneless pork chops (2-4 pork chops)

• Sofrito

• 1 packet sazon con culantro y achiote

• 2 garlic cloves

• 1/2 onion

• 1/2 red peppers

• 1 can of tomato sauce

• 8 oz of water

• 1 tsp of tomato paste
