
Lasagna Cups

Sauce
1 pound of ground chicken
2 tsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of parsley (dried or fresh)
2 tsp of dried oregano
2 tsp of dried basil
3 garlic gloves
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp of tomato paste
1/2 yellow onion
Black pepper and salt to taste
2 tsp of sugar (optional)
Cheese recipe
2-3 tbs of Ricotta cheese
2-3 tbs of Italian 6 cheese
2 tbs of Parmesan cheese
1 egg (optional)
24 wontons
Prepare meat until browned. In a large pan heat oil and add onion and garlic, for a few minutes. Add the can of tomatoes and tomato paste, oregano, basil, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes. Add sauce to meat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
