Lasagna Rolls with Cheese

Cheese mix

2-3 tbs of Ricotta cheese

2-3 tbs of Triple Cheddar

2-3 tbs Mozzarella

2 tbs of Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tsp of dried parsley

1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce or you can get my recipe here on the website.

For this one I used 6 left over lasagna noodles, but if you want to add more noodles just add 1-2 tbs more of each cheese.

I had leftover lasagna noodles in fridge over night, but if not cook noodles according to package instructions in salted water until al-dente (do not over-cook)

Once noodles are Al dente remove from water and rinse in cold water it brings the temperature of the pasta down.

Prepare cheese mix and add about 1 to 2 tbs of cheese and 1 to 2 tbs of sauce.

Roll the lasagna noodles and place in a deep dish pan or glass baking dish.

Once fully assembled, add the rest of the spaghetti sauce of your liking. (On this recipe I added more Mozzarella and Swiss Cheese.)

I also added red pepper flakes and dried parsley on top.

Bake lasagna roll-ups at 375˚F for about 45-50 minutes.
