Mango JalapeƱo SalsašŸ„­


1 Mango, medium size, cut in Ā½-inch dice

1/2 JalapeƱo pepper

4 tbs of Cilantro leaves, finely chopped

1 small fresh squeezed lime juice

2 tbsp of orange juice

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1 mini red bell pepper, diced

2 tbs white onion, diced

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, gently fold together until evenly mixed. Pair with tacos, empanadas, or your favorite appetizer.
