
Mini Empanada with Spicy Mayo-Ketchup

Meat (chicken) 1 pack 1/3 white onion
1/3 red pepper
Simmer add 1 or 2 garlic cloves.
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1 Sazon with color
salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Take 1 Wonton Wrappers and 1 tbs of the meat. Fold each wrapper into a triangle and seal edges together with water. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees. The vegetable oil will be ready when bubbles form around the end of a wooden spoon inserted in the oil.
Fry wontons in the hot oil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
1 tbs of mayonnaise
1 tbs of ketchup
1 tsp of red pepper.
Mix well and serve with empanadas.
