OREO Cookie Pie Crust, 8 inch - 6oz
12 oz Hershey's Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
2 and 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
Cool Whip Original Frozen Whipped Topping - 8oz
Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Sprinkles
Make the Chocolate filling by placing chocolate chips in a large heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a low boil. Pour the warm cream on top of the chocolate chip and set aside for 1 minute. Then whisk until the the melted chocolate and cream are completely combined. Add in the butter and stir until the butter is completely melted. The mixture will be smooth and glossy. Pour the filling into the crust, then place the pie in the fridge overnight.
Once the pie is done add the whipped cream on top of pie, chocolate fudge and chocolate sprinkles. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
