Pizza Empanada

10 turnover dough

1 jar of pizza sauce of your choice

1 pkg mozzarella cheese

1 pkg of 5 cheese mix

1 pkg of pepperoni

Pepper flakes

Add I spoon of sauce (don’t spread)

1 hand full of each cheese

2-4 pepperoni ( whole or cut into pieces)

Add pepper flakes

Brush water around edges

Fold and press with fork to seal

Fried in medium-high or bake (if backing brush with egg wash until golden brown)

Fry until golden brown in each side.
