Pumpkin Spice Coquito

My favorite time of the year, Fall. This delicious drink is one of my favorites for the holidays.

The creamy flavor, combined with coconut and sweet milks, spices, and that hint of rum will have your family and friends asking for more.

Every holiday, I make traditional Coquito, but I also like to mix it up with different flavors and this recipe is by far my favorite.

If you love the amazing smell of spices and pumpkin, then you will love making this. It also makes a great gift for the holidays.

1 -2 cups white rum

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut

1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground pumpkin spice

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1:8 tsp of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a blender, add all ingredients.  Since all of it won’t fit in the blender, I mix the coconut milk with condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg first.

Then, I mix cream of coconut, evaporated milk, pumpkin purée, and rum. Pour into a big bowl and mix well, then into the bottle and refrigerate.

You will need to shake well before serving.

Garnish with Ground Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Spice Baton.
