Easy fast recipe with only a few ingredients (very spicy)
1/2 box of wheat noodles
1 tsp of oil (vegetable)
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbs of chili garlic sauce
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup orange pepper
1 tsp of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodles (follow instruction on box) but don’t over cook them, cook Al dente.
Drain pasta, add oil and soy sauce toss well and set aside.
In pan on medium heat, add sesame oil, peppers, chili garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until peppers are tender.
Add cooked noodles, salt and pepper, toss gently for 1-2 minutes. Serve with chicken or Vegetables.
