
Spicy Salsa Verde with Jalapeño

Ingredients
4tbs of cilantro
3tbs of onion
1 garlic clove
2 Serrano jalapeño
6 tomatillo
1 tsp of cumin
2 tsp salt
Boil tomatillo and peppers for 10-12 minutes in a pot with 4 cups of water.
Once tomatillo and peppers are soft add to food processor/blender with garlic, cilantro, onions, cumin and salt.
Enjoy with your favorite tacos, Enchiladas, or chips!

(I have another recipe but with serrano peppers, but this one is much spicier and I kept the seeds.)
