Spicy Shrimp Pasta

30 shrimps (large)
2 tsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of parsley (dried or fresh)
2 tsp of dried oregano
2 tsp of dried basil
3-4 garlic gloves
1/4 tsp of red chili flakes
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp of tomato paste
1/2 yellow onion
Black pepper and salt to taste
2 tsp of sugar (optional)
1 pound of spaghetti
In a large pan heat oil and add onion and garlic, for a few minutes. Add the can of tomatoes and tomato paste, oregano, basil, chili flakes, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
In another pot cook pasta until al dente according to the instructions.
Add the shrimps to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add the pasta to the shrimp sauce and toss to coat. Add more pepper flakes and parsley if you like.
