Tacos de Carnita

Tacos Carnita con adobo sauce and pico de Gallo.
For meat
1 pack of boneless pork chop cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper (I also added 2 tsp of lemon)
Adobo sauce of you liking, in my case I made my own adobo soon be sold here in Facebook.
1/4 Onion cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Pico de Gallo
2 plum tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup onions
1 jalapeños seeded
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp of lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Direction for meat
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over high heat. Season the pork shoulder with salt, then arrange the pork in the pot. Cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Add adobo sauce of your liking and add onions. Cook for about 45 minutes until meat is tender. If you like you can shred the meat I my case I cut it into small pieces.
